There are also a multitude of museums dedicated to different schools of art and museums dedicated to literature or beer. The Sapporo Convention Center is one of the largest convention centers where they are organizing various forums and exhibitions.

Sapporo is undoubtedly a very green city and has many parks. Among them are the Odori Park, the park Nakajima and Maruyama Park. Visitors can climb Hitsujigaoka hill, the observatory of the city, where a magnificent view opens to Sapporo.

Pasadena is located very near Los Angeles.
