Kennedy on November 22, 1963.

Dallas has a population of 1.2 million people, and is the third largest city in the state of Texas. The city was founded in 1841 and became an official city in February 1856. City Airport, International Airport Dallas / Fort Worth are one of the most important countries, and there goes the greatest number of goods in the country.

In this city began recording the famous series “Dallas,” about the life of a powerful family of the region. Moreover, in this city in 1927 founded the first 7-Eleven store in the country. In Dallas the tombs of one of the most famous criminal couples of all time, Bonnie and Clyde, who lived in this city.

Today this neighborhood is one of the more artistic of the city, full of young artists, studios, bars, restaurants and concerts. Since the graffiti in this city are not seen as something negative, this area is covered with real works of street art. About this part of the city are the Exposition Park and the Bryan Place.

Dallas has an arts district, a neighborhood full of galleries, exhibitions and art galleries. Stresses the Dallas Museum of Art and Asian Art Collection of Trammell & Margaret Crow. The music also prevails in this district, with the Symphony Center Morton H. Meyerson.

The Cedars is another neighborhood that has been gaining importance as a cultural center in recent years. The buildings are filled with lofts and streets lined with restaurants and galleries. Another Art District, the Bishop Arts District, is located in Oak Cliff. Here almost all the old industrial buildings have been converted into artists’ studios and galleries, with murals covering almost every wall. In this area also include restaurants, clubs and more unusual shops.

The Utah state capital in the U.S. is also one of the largest cities in the country. Founded in 1847 by Mormons, the city has become little more than a century and a half in a large city, especially when in 1869; he built the first transcontinental railroad.

The presence of the Mormons in the origins of the city meant that many churches were built during the nineteenth century and still continues to have cultural and traditional importance in the city. Many museums also dedicate their exposure to religious reasons, as the Museum of Church History. Many museums notably the University of Utah, archaeological samples exposed in the Natural Museum of the university.

The theaters also stained a large presence in the city, as many comedians and actors from Broadway come to Salt Lake City to participate in different shows. The dance and dance are also present in this city, represented by the Ballet West and the modern dance department at the University of Utah. Mormon Choir offers performances each week, while the famous Utah Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1940, offers concerts in the Abravanell Hall.

The music has an important part in the recreational program offered by the city. Since 2004, SLUG was given the opportunity to different groups to organize music concerts each year. A compilation of songs was sung by many groups of different musical styles, from punk, rock to jazz.

The winter sport plays a vital role in this city, especially since the Winter Olympics. The numerous stadiums built for the occasion today houses the national and international competitions in various sports most important. The new architectural landmarks, like the Ark of Hoberman, have become the new symbols of the city.

Alaska is a land of adventurers and pioneers, if you’re looking for a taste of the typical American Adventures Here you will find as much of its territory is completely wild.

In this land of icy mixtures Indian tribes are the descendants old American who came to this area, mainly hunters.

There are several places not to be missed in Alaska as well as their forests because they are immense, not to be missed Anchorage, where we can see real cowboys taverns, Talkeetna, one of the sites where we can fly in Cessna aircraft. In Delani N.P. the safari is required to observe the bears and hiking.

The McCarthy Road, also known as the road end of the world, is another of those experiences that should live. The road was once a railroad track, whose beams have been erected and filled with gravel, the road goes from Chitina, the last city of the civilized world as it is known … and that is constituted by a pair of wooden houses to Kennicot.

Along this road for about 100 miles we can find the nails and the remains of the old roads that come to the surface during the thaw … so we have to carry several spare tires. In fact, over a journey of nearly six hours we will see that there are several abandoned cars on that ground, and were able to collect about 14 spikes about 15 cm. so the chances of puncturing are many. But the journey is worth it, because it is making a journey as in the past, with all its incidents, get into the beautiful Wrangell mountains, cross rivers and bridges to cross them, they’re scared to have to do with a car.

At the end we will find a camping area and parking. To visit the town of McCarthy must go on foot, near the mine Kennicot. McCarthy was mine for gold and now is open only for tourism. If we are going to spend a few days camping there is to know that the place does not have any services of any kind: no running water, no electricity, no restrooms, are camping in the open and live the closest to nature is. In the town of Mc Carthy if there is a small hotel adapted for the tourists and their needs, yes to the restrictions typical of the place we are visiting, for example … there are showers, but can only be used in the evening and each one should carry your own towel.

In the tavern you will find drinks and pizza, at exorbitant prices, but trapped in these latitudes, how can you expect?

The Kennicot ghost town and mine, is another unknown places outside the United States and not to be missed on a visit to Alaska. Do not forget that Alaska was the land of gold diggers. Today some of these mines are closed. Go into the Wrangell Mountains, we find Kennicot mine and ghost town with the same name … the past, the mountain which was full of copper is what gave rise to the birth of this town and the town of Mc Carthy as road we have mentioned before and which owes its fame to be the only route that connected the civilized world population and whose train was used for the transport of copper. The city was abandoned in 1938 when its people weary of isolation decided to leave the place and stopped working also with copper.
Visit this ghost city is like a trip through time, half the buildings and houses are clear signs of decline, the other half is being restored slowly, the homes are allowed entry, not to the old mine since it is quite dangerous and to visit there to hire experienced guides.

This was the home of the miners working there today can still see the remains and debris from the copper mine, large rock pillars that should not be confused with other belonging to the nearby huge Glacial Root.

In Kenai, we can see whales, dolphins, sea lions and glaciers … in a boat trip or travel by airplane. The Kenai Peninsula is famous for its marine wildlife and glaciers that flow into the ocean, boats at a safe distance from the glaciers can afford to see a spectacular picture, and the fracture of some piece of the glacier, the sound of shock and the image of falling water becoming an iceberg, and the movement of this once it has detached is simply amazing, it’s one of the most popular places for this reason, nature lovers will enjoy a great time here.

In Seward’s strong point is the visit is Mount Marathon, and the ability to camp anywhere in the country of bears, or do routes up the mountain with the bike, all claims should be enough to visit this state.

In no country in which my family and I have resided feel that the general public has developed so much and civic awareness. In Europe, the love of nature and its preservation is a bastion of environmental groups, leftist parties and little else. Large multinationals, mega hotel chains, etc are definitely doomed to make big business objectives in most cases purely economic matters a little battered wildlife and eco European system. It is enviable to see how Costa Rican children grow and learn in schools and homes to care for, protect and love nature, wildlife, flora definitely love their country.

Costa Rican society is proud to be a country with no army, security and great democratic tradition. Now the challenge now is to maintain that delicate balance between sustainability and urban development that has been undertaken in the last 2 decades, without a formal control by the state authorities that brought negative consequences as physical impact on the natural environment.

Costa Rica is a small country with a great soul and an invaluable wealth is its people. All foreigners who share their land, their desires, have a duty to integrate and follow his example for us to make a nation great and prosperous. We must be critical of anything that destroys our eco-system and not allow Costa Rica to become a mass destination with unscrupulous developers who cut down our trees and destroying our mountains, we must treat Mother Nature with the same love with which she welcomes us so that we can bequeath to future generations a better planet.

The tourism industry has not been exempt from the blow of the crisis, being affected worldwide and having had to take numerous steps. Examples of these measures are preparing tenders, downsizing, seasonal closure of hotels and many others. However, different ministries or institutions in charge of tourism have sharpened their wits to get the air campaigns that remain etched in the minds of tourists, thus creating “tourist brands. These phrases and slogans are intended to capture the attention of tourists quickly, attracting the interest of this, but while leaving the plot of wanting to know more about the destination.
Many are the slogans that have emerged, but here we will present a small sample of slogans of the Central American countries and beyond.

Costa Rica
This powerful Central American destination tourism brand has been taken as the motto “No Artificial Ingredients. This clever slogan reflects the image so impeccable that Costa Rica has always offered the world picture of sustainability, natural wonders, peace and ecology. This phrase known instantaneously capture the interest of the traveler, as well as providing the image of eco-desired destination is a phrase that we see daily in our lives. In addition, the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) is working on a clever promotional campaign, which aims to put Costa Rica on decals hand dryers in bars and restaurants in the city of New York at inviting to escape the cold and come to feel the warmth of Costa Rica.

Panama
Panama in recent years enhanced by an exceptional tourist administration, led by the famous singer and actor Rubén Blades, has suffered a complete tourism boom. With a very interesting product and diverse, Panama has been covered under the slogan “Panama, stays in you.” This slogan quickly shows the client to experience living in Panama never be forgotten and will always be part of the memories of the person. Panama has benefited from its mix of city and nature and also has used celebrities to attract tourists.

Nicaragua
This beautiful country is located in the tourist development and is a potential competitor for the area. Nicaragua chose a slogan short and easy to remember but that is easily associated with the country, “Nicaragua, only original. This theme is identified with the combination between nature, culture and traditions that still offers Nicaragua. Your child exploitation has led to many traditions have been maintained, and offer many exponents of art among which the beautiful colonial city of Granada, Nicaragua to truly make a destination unique and original.

Honduras
“Everything is here,” the Honduran slogan speaks for itself. Honduras has sought to convey a simple message and to indicate to people the country has everything necessary to ensure tourist satisfaction. Honduras has exploited its tourism product very well, knowing combine its beautiful beaches, lush nature and of course his Mayan heritage. The “pearl” is the Honduran island of Roatan, which besides having beautiful beaches, was an important enclave for pirates and the last stronghold of African slaves, being a true wonder for visitors.

Guatemala
This country is home to one of the richest cultures Mesoamerican history, could not choose a slogan that best represents your identity, “Adventure in the Mayan world.” This country has some interesting artistic wonders of the Mayan world, represented by its greatest exponent Tikal (greatest city of ancient Maya empire) and the Spanish colonial era, represented by the city of Granada, one of the best preserved colonial cities in Latin America. In addition to all this cultural richness, Guatemala also has magnificent beaches and beautiful nature, all accompanied by a lot of adventure and fun.

El Salvador
This small but interesting country has chosen the slogan, “El Salvador … Impressive”. The country has sought to demonstrate this motto despite their small size, there is a wonderful world to discover, we can find from the majestic volcanoes and beaches, to pyramids of ancient Mayan world.

Belize
This little gem of nature and the only ex – English colony in the area, has a natural heritage hardly comparable in such a small territory. Half the area of Belize is covered by tropical rainforest, giving home to one of the best preserved communities on the continent of jaguars. Belize is also recognized worldwide for its magnificent coral reef, a favorite destination of scuba divers worldwide. Therefore, the entity in charge of tourism in the small country has chosen to use the clever phrase “Mother Nature’s best kept secret” or “best kept secret of Mother Nature.” All this natural charm combined with a picturesque English colonial-style architecture.

Mexico
Our neighbors to the north and established tourist destination offer us the phrase “Vive Mexico. The tourist knows that Mexico offers a varied product and unique character that needs no introduction because it enjoys worldwide fame.

Colombia
Finally, we wanted to recover, in our opinion, one of the most ingenious tourist slogans.
Our South American competitor, has an exceptional natural and cultural assets, besides being the only country in South America with coasts to both oceans. However, Colombia has enjoyed sometimes infamous for its insecurity, but thanks to effective government and quality this problem has been addressed and improved. Because of this Colombian tourist brand is under the motto “Colombia, the risk is wanting to stay.” This creative slogan explains that now the only risk you run the tourist in Colombia, is to be enchanted by its beauty and not wanting to go home.

These slogans are just a small sample of the ingenuity used to promote tourist destinations, reflecting the essence of a place in just a few words. Any place more beautiful and attractive for possessing, require always a team to convey that image to all those travelers throughout the world who are hungry to discover new and exciting destinations.

The Argentine northwest us closer to our ancient culture, the indigenous, the folklore, although the roots and mine are in Italy, I still identify more with the NOA to the Piedmont countryside. Maybe it’s the passing of so many heroes in these lands, so many years of culture, cities with much history, strong traditions and conservative societies. We have been traveling 2 days ago from Buenos Aires. I crossed the warm Santiago del Estero and did night in San Miguel de Tucuman, we began to move into what will be the Calchaquies Valley, the road is very winding and very thick vegetation. We climb to reach 2000 mts. The landscape is changing significantly, we went from a lush forest, where stands the Monument to the Indian sculptor Calchaquí Tucuman Enrique Prat Gay, clear and colorful meadows. The first stop we made in the Moll, a small village on the south bank of the La Angostura dam where we found the Archaeological Reserve The Menhires. There are hundreds of these exponents of culture stone Tafi, each worked with different expressions and sizes.

The Mollar: ancient stone structures
Crossing the dam we’re almost to Tafi del Valle, our home for a few days, we settled in the cottage we rented and went out to enjoy this beautiful summer village. The climate of this region is a special guest, as it remains stable and pleasant throughout the year.

Sunset in Tafi del Valle
Missing a few days for The National Cheese Festival, held each February in Tafi, so we can see and taste the typical food Pascanas selling as locro humitas, homemade sausages and desserts like sweet cayote, alfajores of Capio and Of course, the famous cheese tafinisto.

Locro: impossible to pass through this region without enjoyment
We take a tour of the picturesque town center and the exhibition of Tafi, where excel, and throughout the Northwest, the crafts of the area.

A ride through the landscapes that surround the area guided by a Vaqueano, it is imperative to discover the natural surroundings. At night there is always some pain, to share and enjoy music and the typical food of this region. The next day we visited the Jesuit Museum of Banda, where there is a museum, historical, archaeological and religious art, the richness of its heritage and the building is one of the largest in the NOA.

Stay In The rooms are the only cheese that is still producing the original recipe left by the Jesuits in the seventeenth century. As a farewell to this town that energized us and dazzled us with its landscapes, in the afternoon, we went to the Angostura dam, where you can enjoy water sports and relax with a breathtaking sunset. The next morning we journey to the Calchaquies Valley and stopped at La Bourse, an archaeological site, which contains the presence of indigenous architectural expressions, made of stone, built between 300 BC and 800 of the current era. We’re almost to Amaicha Valley to continue to the ruins of Quilmes and Cafayate in Salta, but that is another trip .

From the sea, fishermen San Sebastian perceived as a city with three inputs to ground, one in Mount Igueldo and the Isle of Santa Clara, a second between Santa Clara and Mount Urgull and last fall to Mount Ulia. Irutxulo was called by then as the Basque translation of the phrase “three holes”. This perception of seafood capital of Guipuzcoa seems to get along with movie stars, Michelin and luxury hotel brands in mid-September to gain presence in the International Film Festival. However, the city, named in 1980 as San Sebastian, can become a pleasant discovery for the traveler on low incomes who do not get blinded by its brightness.

The charming buildings that gave it the nickname “Little Paris” in the second half of the nineteenth century emerged from the degree of deference that the regent Maria Cristina granted the city by moving his court there in summer. The “belle epoque” Donostia bequeathed to the twenty-first century luxury buildings like the Victoria Eugenia, Hotel Maria Cristina spas before Trotsky traveled the world war and now only admire the wealthy from their interiors.

Today, the pulse of the city is a voluntary one. Larger two widening is still an affordable area for the traveler who likes to walk the Old Town on foot. It also has an excellent network of buses (night weekends) that connects with people on the periphery and facilitates an excursion to Mount Igueldo or amusement park from the early twentieth century. Although the downtown is the ideal lodging (little chance in shelters in San Sebastian center below 20 €), good communication between neighborhoods have hostels outside as a very economic and, especially during high season. If you decide on this option, we will have the luxury of being neighbors in the natural setting of the museum of sculptor Eduardo Chillida.

The bike, owned or rented, adds to the transport network. In San Sebastian runs about 25 miles of bike lanes, the highest proportion user / longitude of Spain, and has more than 150 parking spots. An excellent opportunity for the passenger does not wear excessive physical or economic efforts and discover that there are beaches beyond La Concha. In swimming season or under the usual rain worth Donostia reach the most remote and untouched, that of Zurriola, nudist since 2004, reaching the Peine del Viento or properly secured the bike, crossing to the island of Santa Clara.

At this point, the capital San Sebastian has already soaked through and not just for its moisture. We have not made much the portfolio and maybe we can afford the 90-minute guided tour organized by the tourist office, the entrance to the Aquarium, Kutxaespacio or a museum. With the multi-card San Sebastian Card (13 € +1 € refundable) will save us between 10 and 30 percent more visitors in these and also free up the bus.
We leave these routes for later and enjoy the gastronomy of the place: the pintxos and Basque cider. In the tradition of the locals, stayed at the Boulevard to go to the street where Fermin Calbetón not of good food will save 1.5 € / 2 € per bite or pull into the harbor Gaztelubide. In addition to savoring a good cod we approach the men who organize activities between clusters.

Another option is the culinary route that starts from the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd to the Maria Cristina Bridge. The outlet of the Gipuzkoa plaza will give us a quiet and beautiful spot to rest as ingested.
Basque identity card with San Sebastian is accustomed to hosting overseas without disregarding the tradition of the land. Its inhabitants seem to have breathed air through the culture of Biscay and festivals have become their benchmark. At Film are added the July Jazz or International Fireworks in August, coinciding with the week Grande. Dates from which to flee the lover of calm or who does not want to pay more for the same in this dazzling city that aspires to be European Capital of Culture 2016.
